01. Agreement to Terms
By using the GoFineDine platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.
02. Scope of Services
GoFineDine provides tableside ordering, guest loyalty management, kitchen monitoring, and analytical dashboards. We reserve the right to deploy updates and modifications to the platform components.
03. Account Integrity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your system credentials and accounts, including Super-Admin configurations and client logins.
04. Liability Limits
GoFineDine is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental operational disruptions during service dropouts or hardware misconfigurations.
05. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of the Terms.
